Isotonic so absorb into the blood stream at the same rate as water and don't sit on your stomach as more concentrated gels do. For that added boost try the go gel caffeine but if you don't use a lot of caffeine products stay away from this one. All gels work different for all people but the SIS Go gel is the winner for me.

Hi5 Zero Simple tablet to drop into water which gives you the added boost of electrolytes to aid hydration after a long run or sporting activity. I use mine mainly for keeping hydrated at work as i don't like the taste of water so the choice of citrus (my favourite) berry, pink grapefriute, orange and cherry (odd but strangely good) berry with caffeine and neutral (mix with milk juice whatever you want) Its calorie free unless you use the neutral flavour and what you add with it will more than likely have a calorie content. This is just for hydration and wont provide you with any energy but for fast hydration either durring the day or after excercise will worth £7 for 20 servings.

Skins R400 recovery tights.I really suffered with achy quads and skins after a long run or football match. Until i purchased a pair of these. Providing graduated compression which helps to move lactic acid away from muscles and increase recovery. Great for improving blood flow which make my muscles feel so much better and feel looser rather than been so tight feeling they would snap.
