Darren

Store Manager, I've been running before I could walk. I joined the company in 2013 and I've had several years out of the fitness industry and now I'm ready to do several 10k's in 2014. I have studied Sport Science for several years and completed personal training qualifications. My main event was 400m in my teenage years and now im looking to complete a range of distances in the coming year. I have just completed the Chester half Marathon in my Brooks Connect 3 and they felt great from start to finish.

Gill

Originally a dancer I started running 10 years ago with a 5k Race for Life. I've since done 12 full marathons including Chicago and the Swiss Alpine K42. Also completed 2 Olympic distance triathlons. I also enjoy road cycling and have completed various events such as the Cheshire Cat sportive, Manchester 100 mile and C2C. I hold qualifications in exercise and fitness covering aspects of training and nutrition. Aspirations for the future include the 34 mile Sandstone trail and a half-iron man triathlon.

Laura

I worked as a Level 3 Personal Trainer for several years before graduating with a BSc Sport and Exercise Science and recently a Masters degree in Sports Physiology. My favourite running distance is half marathon; however I am currently training for a full marathon this year and did my first and hopefully... not last duathlon this year. My favourite running trainers are Asics 2000 and love Ronhill clothing and socks!

Oli

I am currently studying a MSc Sport Science (Strength and Conditioning) at University of Chester. I used to compete at National and International level in Cycling and have now got into Triathlons-I completed my first Olympic distance at Chester in June 2014 and loved it. Maybe one day I will do an ironman ;)
