DarrenStore Manager, I've been running before I could walk. I joined the company in 2013 and I've had several years out of the fitness industry and now I'm ready to do several 10k's in 2014. I have studied Sport Science for several years and completed personal training qualifications. My main event was 400m in my teenage years and now im looking to complete a range of distances in the coming year. I have just completed the Chester half Marathon in my Brooks Connect 3 and they felt great from start to finish.
GillOriginally a dancer I started running 13 years ago (at age 45) with a 5k Race for Life. I've since done 14 full marathons including Chicago and the Swiss Alpine K42. Also completed the 34 mile Sandstone trail and the Lanzarote half-ironman. I also enjoy road cycling and have completed various events such as the Cheshire Cat and Mark Cavendish sportives, Manchester 100 mile and C2C. I hold qualifications in exercise and fitness covering aspects of training and nutrition. Aspirations for the future include getting a faster time at my next half-ironman and trying not to drown when swimming open water without a wetsuit :-)
HannahI have worked with the Lesotho Commonwealth Athletics team and recently graduated with a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science Degree. My Favourite running distance is 10k recently completing the race for life 10k in Delamere Forest. My favourite running shoes are the Brooks Glycerin 13.
