Orienteering is a challenging outdoor adventure sport that exercises both the mind and the body. The aim of the game is to navigate yourself between various control points that are marked on a map, all the time while moving as quick as you can.   Orienteering is attracting families and individuals of all ages.  It does not matter how young, old or fit you are, you can go at your own pace.  Often the challenge of orienteering is in the mind not the body.  Think of the tortoise and hare.

   

Long Running Advice
The “Art” of the traditional long run goes back to the early days of the running boom and way before, put simply it is practicing to run a longer distance than you normally can do most days of the week. For some it is the enjoyable social run at the end of a week, a chance to catch up with your friends and have a chat, if its in a pleasant area to run in all the better!.
