Oldham is one of the newest Up & Running shops, and like all our shops is staffed by keen and able people with an interest in and knowledge of running and fitness. Martin, on the left has tried most types of running; one of his favorite races is "Leg it Round Laithkill".

Nick, on the right, ia a triathlete since 1994, a 13 x Ironman finisher, 2 x Hawaii Ironman world championship finisher, and a London - Brighton double marathon finisher. A podiatry student, he's just the man to help you choose the right pair of running shoes.
