Oxford Brookes Athletics Club Reviews
Nike XC Waffle Spikes
Overall a great XC shoe and offers a fusion of lightness and excellent support - excelling particularly in mud/dirt. There are only four spike receptacles, so advise 'upgrading' to a 12mm spike - but other than that, a great running shoe.

Lunar Racer
As far as racing shoes go there is no competition. As a lad who enjoys going through racing shoes monthly, this is the best one yet. 156 grams do shoes come any lighter. As well as been stupidly light they have looked after my feet with a good level of cushioning.

NUUN is a super effective easily absorbable dissolvable tablet that provides optimal hydration by providing the body with the main macro minerals in just the right amounts. It has a good taste but does not have an overpowering flavour like some other sports drinks.
It comes in a nice compact tube that is easy to carry around or take with you on the run.
NUUN is sugar free and has no carbs, fats or proteins, so doesn't give any energy, but for the runner who is trying to burn body fat NUUN is perfect, because every reaction in your body takes place at a moistened (hydrated level) and you can not burn body fat in the presence of insulin in your body (caused by any intake of sugar!) So NUUN really is the perfect solution!
The tablets are quick and easy to dissolve with no fizzing or mess, you could even make your own instant drink on the run! Far more convenient than the traditional scoop of powder in a shaker!
Say goodbye to cramps and all the horrid symptoms of dehydration and say hello to longevity and greater health!
