Darran from the York shop has represented Great Britain in many international marathons: he was 3rd Briton in the 2003 London Marathon & has won countless races including the Nottingham Marathon and the Millennium Bridge 5k. His longevity in athletics has singled him out as an inspiration to fellow runners of all standards. He is a qualified uk athletics coach and can advise on training, nutrition and injury prevention.
Laura from the Leeds Headingley shop has been with us for many years, with her gait analysis skills being complimented by her further studies in biomechanics at Leeds Met. She is also an athlete training with team thomas at Leeds Met. Last year she won the 1500m title at the inter counties, doubling up at the North of England Championships to take both the 800m and 1500m titles. She is greatly looking forward to the up and coming track season with high hopes for new PB's. Her favorite shoe is the Mizuno Wave Rider.
Gerry from the new Milton Keynes shop has only worked in running retail for a year, but his coaching experience has many cross-over benefits for the running community. Gerry recently qualified as a Run England Group Leader. A sprinter in his youth, he held the Middlesex County 200m record!
